By downloading, installing, or using Gophy ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Software

Gophy is a native macOS application for AI-powered meeting assistance. The Software provides real-time transcription, contextual suggestions, document analysis, and meeting preparation -- all processed locally on your device using on-device AI models.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, distribute, or make the Software available to third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Record or store meeting content without consent of all participants
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models bundled with the Software
• Redistribute or resell the Software or any part thereof
• Use the Software to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Third-Party Services

The Software may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and cloud AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all content, features, AI models, and functionality, is owned by Gophy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated transcriptions or suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gophy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccurate AI output.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
