Gophy is an AI-powered assistant for technical sales professionals. The Service provides real-time suggestions during video calls, meeting preparation, and automated demo code generation.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Record or store meeting content without consent of all participants
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes 1 meeting with a 30-minute limit. No credit card required.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Gophy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Generated demo code is licensed to you for your use with prospects.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gophy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
